Terms of Service for using AadharHub client-side identity document cropping and formatting tools.
By accessing and using AadharHub, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our utility.
AadharHub provides free, in-browser utilities to help Indian citizens, CSC VLE operators, and cyber cafés format, crop, resize, and prepare identity card documents for standard physical printing. You agree to use these tools solely for lawful, authorized purposes.
You represent that you legally own or are strictly authorized by the cardholder (e.g., in a CSC cyber café workflow) to format the document. You must NOT use AadharHub to produce counterfeit cards, impersonate individuals, commit fraud, or violate the Aadhaar Act or the IT Act. You are solely responsible for the authenticity and legitimate use of any files you process and print.
AadharHub is an independent software tool and is NOT an official government entity, nor affiliated with UIDAI, NSDL, UTIITSL, ECI, or NHA. Please review our full Disclaimer for specific trademark acknowledgments.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. While we rigorously test dimensions against official ISO CR80 standards, we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted execution.
In no event shall AadharHub or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this utility.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
